「So many roaches, too noisy, no cleaning service in weekends」

「It was very cleanand well stocked, the property owners were very nice and helpful, and the place is in a great location close to everything we wanted to do! Definitely recommend if you need a place in the area!」

「The reason for poor review was that Expedia had not finalized my reservation with the hotel. Hotel staff could find it by back searching Expedia reservations but Expedia had not took last step to send to Hyatt. Beware of Expedia!!」

「The staff was phenomenal and super responsive whenever we reached out prior to coming! The room was great and easily accommodated our large group. Not to mention our group loved the lobby games. Would recommend this place to any family visiting Chattanooga!」

「Great location if you are wanting to go to Ruby Falls, Lookout Mtn, Incline Train, or Rock City. The room was clean and had useful amenities. We did not use the pool. Downside is that it is right by the interstate and you can hear the highway noise. The parking lot is a bit small, as well. Overall, a good place to stay.」

「We had a one bedroom suite with plenty of room and I especially appreciated the clean scent as if the floors were just mopped with Fabuloso or Pinesol instead of the usual hotel scent. The staff was friendly and helpful. The only opportunity is valet parking. We had to wait entirely too long and not because the young men weren't working. They were running. The system just doesn't flow well. That said, I liked the property and our room. I would stay here again.」

「The room was not super clean and the floor was sticky. The bed was pretty firm. The hallway to the room and tile by the elevators were also dirty. The parking lot, that you have to pay for, does not seem to have enough spots for all the guests. However, the location was pretty great, the city view was decent, and the breakfast was good. The staff was friendly as well.」

「Baby they laid it out it was all things. I enjoyed myself! Luxury and great atmosphere. Very swanky and posh! Good food and fantastic drinks. Made me think outside the box.」

「I told a used pad wrapper in the room on the floor, the power went out outside where we valet park and it was pitch black and scary, and our tv didn’t work. For $194 a night, it wasn’t worth it AT ALL」

「Breakfast was amazing and free. One of my favorites. Had an omelete on one day and avocado toast the next. Depends on the day and chef special. Free selection of drinks from the bar, with token, from 5-630. My girls loved the shirley temples. I really enjoyed the stay with exception of the room temp. It was set at 68, felt way hotter, they do not let it go lower even if you change it. We requested a fan. Do not valet on busy days. We went on the 4th of July weekend. We had a 40 minute wait to...
