「I booked the Superior Sea Room that included breakfast just to be told by the staff after sitting down for breakfast according to their list I chose the self-catering option. As a Gold member I also got a good discount and it was supposedly a VIP property. I contacted the the managing agent via WhatsApp and even after sending him screenshots to show that if I should make another booking that it showed that free breakfast was included. His reaction was that he only looks on the Nightbridge...

「Fantastic location and the staff are welcoming and helpful. Amber on reception was incredibly helpful. The room was magnificent and large with a veranda and incredible view. The bed was comfortable and the resort very quiet. Dinner at the restaurant was delicious. Seeing the resident springbok and other wild animals that live and roam in the area was such a treat too. Would definitely recommend the Lodge and will stay again.」

「The room was nice and clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The only issue was that the air conditioning/heating system was not working properly, so the room was quite cold.」

I was told to connect to a neighbor’s Wi-Fi instead, but the signal was so weak that I...

「Westin standard. All good. Not walking distance to other place. But shuttle service to Water front is fine. Need uber to other places.」

「The hotel has good location in sea point.」

「Heat of water needs to be fixed. The showers were either scalding or freezing Even an incremental adjustment of the temp controller did not good. True for all 6 guest sin our group and 3 rooms. This must be addressed by the hotel.」

「It was all fabulous and the staff in particular were extremely helpful and friendly」

「Great location, clean and well managed by friendly and professional staff.」
