I miss this hotel so much!

The Tree House Boutique Hotel is one of the best hotel I have ever stayed. It is located in the end of a alley which makes it a more private and quiet place, as well as a sense of coziness. Furnished in a modern yet earthy style, the hotel offers a vibe of nature with much natural light. There were ceiling-high glass doors leading to the balcony in my room, where you could enjoy some leisure time right next to the tree canopy. The bed was very large in size and comfortable. Breakfast was full of delights. Fruits and pastries were all fresh and delicious. There were also quite a few options of hot breakfast in which I particularly recommend the Egg Benedict. Staff were very helpful. I would like to especially thank Elton. He was sincere and was always there when you need help. He put our needs in top priority and devoted much of himself to provide the best service to his guests. It was so good to receive his warm welcome and greetings every morning. In short, we felt so safe, so well-taken care of and so much in home in the Tree House Boutique Hotel. Will definitely return if we visit Cape Town again!

When I was looking for a hotel in Cape Town, I noticed that the Tree House had received high ratings on hotels.com and most of the reviews noted the exceptional service. I booked the hotel for five nights and am so glad that I did. The Tree House is in an ideal location, close to the V&A waterfront to walk, yet far enough away to avoid the noise and bustle of the area. We walked every day to the waterfront. Our room was comfortable; we spent a great deal of time on our balcony, looking through the trees surrounding the property to the ocean. It almost feels that you ARE in a tree house! We had our delicious, made-to-order breakfast each day outside by the pool. And each afternoon the chef surprised the guests with a cake-of-the-day. But, the one thing that stands out from everything else is the service. We had exceptional service at every turn. Sheila welcomed us, showed us around the hotel and made many of our reservations. Elton organized a driver for a tour to Cape of Good Hope and Franschhoek. Sade provided an unforgettable (and most needed) massage after a hike up Table Mountain. I highly recommended booking the Tree House, for all the reasons above. You will not be disappointed!

Amazing hotel close to the waterfront. The bed was simply amazing and we enjoyed the different daily wines that were fabulous. It was nice to arrive and sit on our patio. Very nice soaker tub and shower.

Every staff member was extremely attentive. The facility is very clean, the bed comfortable. Instructions for use of a/c/heat remote would be nice. Free breakfast was great with plenty of options. Never had time for their in-house spa but you should try it. I used hotel-arranged transport and Uber. Uber was always just minutes away and probably cheaper. This location is highly recommended.
