Every staff member was extremely attentive. The facility is very clean, the bed comfortable. Instructions for use of a/c/heat remote would be nice. Free breakfast was great with plenty of options. Never had time for their in-house spa but you should try it. I used hotel-arranged transport and Uber. Uber was always just minutes away and probably cheaper. This location is highly recommended.

Great stay at the Treehouse Boutique Hotel. The staff were so welcoming and friendly. There were restaurants just down the road for dinner (a rather steep hill) and their breakfast was really good with cooked options. Our room was spacious, modern and very clean. Highly recommend.

Great view from our room. Hotel is at the top of a hill so it is quite a hike if you have to walk up. The hotel is at the end of the road so there is not much room for cars to turn around

Cute, clean, very friendly staff.

Check-in was great although a bit cumbersome because hotels.com had filled in their contact information. We were greeted with fresh drinks, given a tour and taken personally to our room. My only 'complaint' was that we had a room overlooking the road which was quite noisy on a Saturday night but the darkness of the room and other amenities made up for this.

I can’t rate this hotel highly enough. The staff were so friendly and the attention to detail Friedrich and his team went to was superb! A typical example was how the chef baked a different cake each day for guests to eat in the afternoon when they got back from sightseeing - all at no extra cost! Don’t hesitate to book this boutique hotel.

Wow - what a stay! It is not one particular thing that makes the Tree House Boutique Hotel but an array of small touches and gestures that make this a must for your Cape Town. Elton, Sheila and the whole team are thoughtful and considerate with guests needs and show genuine curiosity around your visit. When I was looking for a hotel in Cape Town, I noticed that the Tree House had received high ratings on hotels.com and most of the reviews noted the exceptional service. I booked the hotel for five nights and am so glad that I did. The Tree House is in an ideal location, close to the V&A waterfront to walk, yet far enough away to avoid the noise and bustle of the area. We walked every day to the waterfront. Our room was comfortable; we spent a great deal of time on our balcony, looking through the trees surrounding the property to the ocean. It almost feels that you ARE in a tree house! We had our delicious, made-to-order breakfast each day outside by the pool. And each afternoon the chef surprised the guests with a cake-of-the-day. But, the one thing that stands out from everything else is the service. We had exceptional service at every turn. Sheila welcomed us, showed us around the hotel and made many of our reservations. Elton organized a driver for a tour to Cape of Good Hope and Franschhoek. Sade provided an unforgettable (and most needed) massage after a hike up Table Mountain. I highly recommended booking the Tree House, for all the reasons above. You will not be disappointed!
