We stayed in the four bedroom apartment. The room and furnishings are older but clean and tidy, a great price and a perfect fit for our group of 8. Within easy walking of numerous pubs, cafes, restaurants and the market, as well as being on the tram line. Would definitely stay again.

The room is small and average. Its a budget hotel, nothing is fancy. The pool is outside and cold water, surrounding by other apartments so its very hot. The pool is 1.3m depth all way through and have sign for no kids under 18, definitely not suitable for a family. Room is clean, location is great. If you don't spend much time in the room and just for sleep, its for you and worth the money. If you want to spend time and enjoy the room, this is not for you. Staff is nice and friendly.

Look, you get what you pay for. Is it clean and updated? No. Is it well priced, in a great location (tram stop out front, little Ezy marts, bottle shop all close by), yes. Communication was great. Easy to get to the onsite parking for $25 a night. Rooms really do need a deep clean and broken furniture replaced.
