"Room 3509 is very worn, stains & worn carpet pretty much everywhere, marks on the doors floors walls,every towel rack is about to fall off, the front door whistle a lot if the windows open if it stays open, the pipes in the tv wall chatters all night the ac barely works, fan speed stuck on auto how ever, view is awesome, check in was ez, pick up key from Asian shop across from woolies, outdoor heated pool is sick, we had a good stay, location is ok, room just needs a big make over & would be...

"Room was ok all in all, however, unlike seen on the pictures, it was on one of the lower floors with no view, overshadowed by all the tall buildings around.
In the bathroom there was a doorstop with very sharp edges in the middle of the room - sliced off a piecd of toe on the very first day.
The dishes all needed a good clean too.
Great location though if you want to be in the CBD"

"The room was clean and a very good size for a family trip. It's excellently located for the free tram service and there are great cafes on the small side street next to the building. The staff are incredibly helpful and kind which was a big plus when travelling with a child. Would definitely stay there again when I am in Melbourne."
