「Comfy bed and clean. Nice place!」

「Fabulous place, recently renovated and super clean. Close to restaurants and shopping in a great little community. Easy drive to Grand Rapids. Will stay again if in the area!」

「I wasn’t very impressed with the property it was very basic with the amenities. The bathroom area wasn’t very great on the cleanliness. I will not stay at a Spark Hilton again.」

「They kept calling up to my room saying someone was complaining about the noise in my room when all I was doing is watching tv and on the phone then I had to check out early….it felt like people」

「Overall the cleanliness of this location is going downhill from when they opened. I stay here frequently. I found used sheets on the pullout and our room smelled of dog urine that they'd tired to mask. The water dispenser in the fitness room wasn't working either.」

「We liked the location and the home was clean however check in was not til 4 which is later than any property we have stayed in and out earliest. And there is an extra fee for every hour. When we requested esrly check in, we did not receive a responseand could not get instructions early eitherso by the time we could access them, we didntsignal wEarl」

「No trash cans in the room? Not sure why. Tv would not work says no WiFi and not channels for signal. Tried to call the main office with no answer. All WiFi networks were locked. Google says this place is permanently closed so that’s also weird. Overall room was clean but definitely looked like they were still remodeling. No dishes but stove and everything in room also weird usually when we stay anywhere with a stove there’s at least plates and silverware. 」

「I stayed at this cheaper hotel near the airport for the shuttle. I was told it was $20 each way just 2 miles from the airport. Spend the extra $30 in say the double tree where the shuttle is free.」

「I can say there was nothing bad except there is no continental breakfast . You can get some coffee but that's it. it was very clean close shopping and a couple of good restaurants the only. Forgot to get pic of bed but was nice」
