"Very nice Motel, clean and well maintained. No old musty smells lol. We felt comfortable staying there. The view is beautiful, we had a room with Lake Michigan and the lighthouse right our window."

"We only engaged with staff at check I . She was very pleasant. Room was decent. One plug was out of order, shower curtain was coming loose so the shower curtain dropped, and we kept finding long black hairs around the room. Otherwise fine. Beds were comfortable, area was pretty quiet. Breakfast was nice."

"The water pressure in the shower was not good, but the room was clean, as well as the property. The ice machine was broken on the second floor. The staff was excellent and so friendly and ready to help with anything."

"Thoroughly enjoyed my stay. It was close to the beach, which was awesome, and quiet. With large hotels you're dealing with so many people, but with the Ventura Motel, it was quiet. I enjoy old school motels, and had a wonderful stay!"
