"They tried but there were socks and tennis balls in a space by the air conditioner, the shower rod was rusty, there was a hole in the bathtub, the water pressure was almost non existent and the toilet handle was broken."

"The first time I stayed there was back in February, and for some reason they ask for cash deposit wich I think it’s fine but I forgot to ask for it that time, this month I went back to this place to stay and ask about my deposit , I was told I would get an answer the next day wich I didn’t, they wait until I left to tell me I was not getting this money back because it was been deposited to the hotel account already since I didn’t go back do it in time, I ask them why they didn’t call to let me know and they lie saying they did but the call never went through, so I ask I was just gone a lose this money and they was brave enough to say yes you are , so definitely I’m not staying here anymore I fell like if something gets lost from my room they won’t be responsible for it and this is not a place I can trust anymore "
