"we had a very enjoyable 3 day visit at Sweet Dreams. it is located in a Sherman Oaks , a very nice upper middle class residential area of LA---and it felt like we were a full time resident there. the room was very comfortable--well stocked with everything you might need, there is a lovely back yard with a pool and hot tub. the hosts were very accommodating!"

"The house was in a quiet neighborhood with a cute park nearby. The host was responsive and helpful when needed. Even though he suggests using rideshare because of potential parking issues, he was able to save us a spot because we had to drive in from out of town. Just be aware that the neighbors aren't always as conscientious: there was often garbage littering the sidewalks and pet owners didn't always clean up after their dogs. Plenty of places to sit outside, which was nice in the morning, but the Valley does get very hot at night in the summer. Thought there would be more road noise from Oxnard, but wasn't bad. "I really liked the fact that all my kids fit comfortably and I was able to cook in the full kitchen. I did not like that 7th st. Is vlised and we had to park actoss the street in a parking garage. There was lots of crime and your constantly hearing sirens and helicopters. I had to walk down the block and thwn cross the street and come back down to the hotel with all our luggage and kids. It has its good and bad. I probably would rent again because of the size of the place and price"
