「It has nice view to the forest and you would be able to see the sunrise in the morning which is beautiful. The outdoor hot tub is supposed to be closed at 10pm, but people are still using it and making noises at night. We told the front desk about it, but they said the whole deck area is a common area, they couldn't do anything about it. This's weird that they have a rule to close the pool at 10pm but no one is forcing it.」

He had his hands full, but handled it gracefully and answered my questions with kindness. The room was clean, quiet, and air conditioned. 「Our stay was amazing and the front desk clerk, when we checked in, was top notch. She went above and beyond to make our check in process simple, and even gave us great information about things to do. Our 1 bedroom condo was very nice and clean, and the bed was really comfortable. The living room sofa was a bit outdated and uncomfortable, which wasn't a big deal since we didn't stay in there much. The front desk clerk for the duration of our stay was a young man who could have cared less about...

「Very friendly staff and clean room. Great location and easy access to shops. We faced the pool and it was not a bother as the resort closes the pool at a reasonable hour.」

「The location of this property was perfect! Very close to all of the restaurants and shopping. The room was stocked with pot/pans and all the dishes we needed for our stay. The showers also had shampoo and body wash but we did not use as we had already packed ours. The room was clean and there was a washer and dryer in the unit. I do wish the parking was part of the fee but it’s not. Overall the room was exactly what we needed, however, I wish there would've been somewhere on the booking page...

「The pillows were extremely uncomfortable. There was no AC. There was a fan, but I had to open a window to use the fan and open curtains out onto to walkway. The room I was given was near the stairwell where the laundry was being done so hot air was coming from the dryers. The location was beautiful and convenient and the price was good.」

「The Village is in a great location. Unit was clean and comfortable. Major problem is that you advertise free parking and they do not comply with that. You need to fix that and I also blame The Village management as they should have honored what you advertised seeing the are affiliated with you. The staff where not helpful. 」

「The staff was great. The only thing was no air conditioning in the rooms. Well, we got there. The room was very hot and the room I got. I had no screens in the bedroom.It seemed a little run down. Location was great. The views were spectacular.」

「This unit faces the intersection of Main and South Park Ave. Given the warmth we needed to have all the windows open. It was extremely noisy (people, vehicles, sirens, etc) until the very early morning hours making it hard to stay asleep. Other than not having a hair dryer as advertised, the location, amenities and condition of the unit and property were good. Wouldn’t stay here again due to noise」
