「We really enjoyed our stay here. It was very close to the ski slopes. Only saw one staff member in the morning for a short few minutes, but they seemed pretty nice. Doesn’t seem like there’s anyone really staffing the Front Desk. Knocked down a star on Clemments because it didn’t seem the sheets on the bed were changed before our arrival and unfortunately, we didn’t notice until it was late at night when we were going to sleep but found a long dark hairs belonging to someone else on the pillows....

But the staff was extremely nice, room was clean and the shuttle drop off/pick up was great! Also, be aware that there is a charge to valet/park your vehicle per night.」

The front desk said she could send maintenance.. she then said she could make an exception, but that they normally would not offer a different room. 「The rooms were very clean. We loved the fireplace and access to the trails nearby. The location is amazing because you can be near anything you need within 3-5 minutes. I really liked how they had extra garage bags, cleaning supplies for dishes and an onsite washer/dryer. We visited from Tennessee and loved having the humidifiers in every bedroom. The windows are breathtaking when they are all open. We also enjoy opening the windows with the fresh air and sitting by the fireplace. Everything was...

「I was going to go in the hot tub for the one night it was going to be open but the pool was so dirty I didn’t trust the hot tub. Room was clean and the guys at front desk were nice.」

「It has nice view to the forest and you would be able to see the sunrise in the morning which is beautiful. The outdoor hot tub is supposed to be closed at 10pm, but people are still using it and making noises at night. We told the front desk about it, but they said the whole deck area is a common area, they couldn't do anything about it. This's weird that they have a rule to close the pool at 10pm but no one is forcing it.」
