「One microwave for the entire hotel. Staff was less than helpful this stay. Previous stays they were slightly better. Bedding isn't great compared to comparable hotels」

We came during spring break so I’m sure we paid a premium price, but we expected more out of the room and amenities for the extreme amount we paid. 「Esta muy bien ubicado, te trasladan hacia la pista gratis y a la main street aunque caminando es muy cerca, lo único un poco incomodo es el estacionamiento con valet, aunque los chicos son super amables y muy serviciales, si es caro pero vale la pena si te gusta el confort, el hotel es super bonito y muy acogedor con su chimenea central; la recepcion muy rapida y amables todo el tiempo. 「We enjoyed our stay at the property and would stay again. It is in a great location with a short walk to shops, restaurants, and the Peak 9 lift. Parking is really easy in an underground structure. The gym was nice as were the hot tubs. Charter sports is located on the property but Christy’s is a 3 mins walk away as well. Ski and snowboard gear must be checked into the Charter Ski Valet regardless of where you rent from or even if you own your own skis. The front desk staff was excellent. The...

「Really great people in every aspect of the place. From front desk to concierge (Carol) to ski (Nathan) and parking valet, all great! Some aspects of the rooms are just beginning to get a little worn and dated - to be expected in a ski resort. Absolutely great location!」

「The staff was friendly and very accommodating to our needs, e.g, restaurant recommendations, getting around the area , etc.. The location is excellent. The room was clean when we arrived. 」

「It has nice view to the forest and you would be able to see the sunrise in the morning which is beautiful. The outdoor hot tub is supposed to be closed at 10pm, but people are still using it and making noises at night. We told the front desk about it, but they said the whole deck area is a common area, they couldn't do anything about it. This's weird that they have a rule to close the pool at 10pm but no one is forcing it.」
