「The rooms are pretty basic (to very bad, our pull out couch was horrible as the parent that had to sleep on it). The location is the entire selling point. It’s ski in ski out, the ski school is walkable and you can easily access all other amenities. If you are prioritizing location over comfort I would consider staying here.」

「Overall it was decent. The coffee shop in the hotel was closed today because no one showed up to work. Hotel employee said it happens every so often. Shame, it’s good and is frequented by a lot of non-guests too. Be prepared for some dogs barking, only kept us up one night of our stay. The location is great, easy walking to lots of stuff. Staff were helpful, they were quick to get our car when we wanted it.」

「The Village is in a great location. Unit was clean and comfortable. Major problem is that you advertise free parking and they do not comply with that. You need to fix that and I also blame The Village management as they should have honored what you advertised seeing the are affiliated with you. The staff where not helpful. 」

「It has nice view to the forest and you would be able to see the sunrise in the morning which is beautiful. The outdoor hot tub is supposed to be closed at 10pm, but people are still using it and making noises at night. We told the front desk about it, but they said the whole deck area is a common area, they couldn't do anything about it. This's weird that they have a rule to close the pool at 10pm but no one is forcing it.」

「The individual rooms are outdated and in serious need of renovation. Parking situation is very cramped and, on our last day, half of it was inexplicably closed off. This property allows individuals to own condos and rent them out while you can also book directly with the property. We didn't realize this and went with the lower priced option which was an individually owned property. As a result when I went to the front desk to ask for additional pillows and blankets, I was told they couldn't...

「Really great people in every aspect of the place. From front desk to concierge (Carol) to ski (Nathan) and parking valet, all great! Some aspects of the rooms are just beginning to get a little worn and dated - to be expected in a ski resort. Absolutely great location!」
