「Excellent stay」

「Huge and comfy property. Pools/hot tub were nice and clean.」

「We really enjoyed our stay here. It was very close to the ski slopes. Only saw one staff member in the morning for a short few minutes, but they seemed pretty nice. Doesn’t seem like there’s anyone really staffing the Front Desk. Knocked down a star on Clemments because it didn’t seem the sheets on the bed were changed before our arrival and unfortunately, we didn’t notice until it was late at night when we were going to sleep but found a long dark hairs belonging to someone else on the pillows....

「It has nice view to the forest and you would be able to see the sunrise in the morning which is beautiful. The outdoor hot tub is supposed to be closed at 10pm, but people are still using it and making noises at night. We told the front desk about it, but they said the whole deck area is a common area, they couldn't do anything about it. This's weird that they have a rule to close the pool at 10pm but no one is forcing it.」

「The professionalism from the manager to the staff was absolutely horrific! The manager and staff have a comprehensive misunderstanding of how to treat their guests in the hospitality business! My wife and I stayed at the Ranahan to celebrate my birthday during Memorial Day weekend in Summit County. Unfortunately, our units fire alarm system malfunctioned just before midnight with terrible noise not only for us but also for the other guests in the surrounding units. The fire alarm system...

「Super classic mountain lodge in a fast growing g resort town. Convenient to everything and has an amazingly warm lodge vibe with fireplace and a made to order breakfast. We went in the off season and it was a great base to walk around the incredibly gorgeous high mountain village. Will return with the snow :)」
