"The kitchenette was well-equipped. The room was clean. The facilities are old but recently renovated. No grab bar in the shower if balance is an issue for you."

"The staff here appear brain-dead and completely devoid of personality. They appear to have had no customer service training whatsoever. We needed a high chair for our baby so we asked the front desk for help. Their response? “We don’t have any you’ll have to check with the restaurant.” The restaurant is ON THE PREMISES about fifty feet from the front desk! Also, this hotel’s proximity to the bars on Whiskey Row means loud coming and going all night. Also, a man died two doors down on our floor the second night we were there. Very unfortunate. Not a good stay. Not the place to choose for either service or quiet."

"The room was clean and ready for early check in. Only exception was that there was someones take our container in the room fridge. Took it to front desk and clerk apologized. Free laundry facility. Breakfast was ok."

"Check in was so easy. The room was very large and properly stocked and clean. The property was very family owned vibes, which is a huge plus for us. We love supporting local and small as much as we can. There were plenty of amenities to make you feel comfortable and welcomed. They also have a wonderful sitting area with a propane fireplace for a nice place to relax and enjoy the awesome evening temps. We also did see some deer on the property. A HUGE perk was each room had its own patio with a bisteo set, and they had a fridge/small freezer and a microwave. "

"It was a far walk from lobby to rm 204 & back to the lobby for an elderly. I missed the lotion because there was none."
