The hotel looks nice from the outside, but our two‑night stay was very disappointing. There was no sense of hospitality, and we never felt like valued guests.
Our room was extremely dusty — we were sneezing constantly and could see dust floating in the air. When we asked for housekeeping, the front desk said they were short‑staffed and even told us, “Arizona is known to be dusty.” We’ve visited Arizona many times and have never experienced anything like this.
Daily cleaning was supposed to be included, but our room was never cleaned. Housekeeping only dropped towels on the bed without removing the used ones, making the bed, or replenishing toiletries. We ran out of shampoo, conditioner, and toilet paper.
The fitness room was basically unusable: just three outdated machines in a tiny, stuffy room with the A/C turned off and no way for guests to adjust it.
The beds were uncomfortable, with flimsy mattresses on what looked like temporary frames. The refrigerator in the room didn’t work and had no temperature control.
The layout is also inconvenient — there’s no direct access from the parking garage to the hotel, so you have to haul your luggage a long distance unless you use bell service.
At checkout, when we said we didn’t enjoy our stay, the response was simply, “Sorry to hear that, but try next time,” which summed up the lack of customer care.
