「The room was clean and spacious. The kitchen was clean and stocked with pots, pans, utensils, etc. The laundry is equipped with washers, dryers, an iron, a steamer, etc. The staff was very helpful. The property is very close to the beach. No TV and no elevator. If you have issues with stairs, inform them so you can book the first floor.」

「Great beach access for swimming, snorkeling, and tidal pool exploring. A turtle cove to directly to the south, swimming directly to the North. Fell asleep to waves on the rocks directly in front of our ocean front room.」

「Had the best coffee at breakfast as any other hotel. Didn’t tell us at check-in we had to use our room card to operate the elevator. ( no big deal, just felt dumb)」

「员工完全没有经过培训，非常没有礼貌。 第一天我按时到达，被告知房间还没收拾好，仅仅是告知，连句抱歉都没有，好像这是应该的。 5晚住宿只有一天客房服务（打扫卫生），这倒可以理解。但是如果不催促的话，这一天的卫生可能也没有人打扫。我催了两遍，才勉强打扫。 最后一天退房，前台居然没人。 总之，员工素质极差，完全不能匹配这个酒店。」

「The resort was excellent. The only downside was the beach. The property is across the street from the beach and the beach isn’t that nice. Fortunately there are nice beaches just a short drive away.」
