「Dirty, smelled like smoke , people up partying all night smoking next to my room and just outside the room , dogs barking throughout night .」

「I was required to pay an additional $50 for a non smoking room. The deposit was not indicated online. The non smoking room that I was given had a strong smell of smoke. I asked for another non smoking room and was charged additional money for that room. Since it was late, I went ahead and paid it. That room had a strong mold smell to it although it did seem to improve after the ac ran a few hours. The wifi would not connect. Staff were unable to help. The next morning I asked to check out and...

「A tiny cottage… yes it was, but very nicely maintained, clean, comfortable and oh so Peaceful! So beautifully quiet at night. A bon fire each night when I was there. Welcoming for my dogs. The owner was so friendly… very nice …personable to speak with. I did enjoy my stay. Very relaxing. Minutes to downtown Cape Charles.」

「The property was trashy- broken furniture outside rooms. The room looked like it had been trashed holes in the walls dead bugs. The tub looked like it had been spray painted a few colors. Your TRUE crack den! 」

「Room was had a slight mildew smell wich im sure they will are working on staff in nice and seems to take care of any problems stayed here a couple weeks earlier and was in different room the smell might just be that room but it was pretty cheap and its in a quiet location 7-11 right next door」

「It was gross. The hotel was sketchy with a weird man hanging around the front of the hotel. The bathtub was rusted and chipping. The pillows smelled like urine which made my hair stink and to make it all worse there was no late check out and the property manager literally waited outside my door as I was trying to get my things and leaves. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone. The whole experience was horrible. 」

「No shampoo or soap in the bathroom. The only towel bar in the bathroom broken. Coffee maker broken. Loud bikers were allowed to play loud music until 2 A.M. followed by loud talking early in the morning.」
