"We had an amazing time at Hard Rock Punta Cana! We especially enjoyed the Central Pool, the games, and all the fun activities. There was always something to do, and the atmosphere was fantastic! For breakfast, Ciao was our favorite! The fresh omelets were delicious, and we received excellent service from Brayan, who always welcomed us with a big smile. His kindness and positive attitude made our mornings even more special. For dinner, we had an incredible experience at Los Gallos. The short rib tacos (tacos de costillas de res) were absolutely amazing! A huge thank you to Chef Christian Navarro for making every dinner so special. His attention to detail and dedication truly made a difference. We also want to give a huge thank you to Pedro and Eliazar, who were wonderful and always there for us. Their exceptional service and attention made us feel so welcomed and cared for throughout our stay. Thank you, Hard Rock Punta Cana, for helping make my sister’s birthday getaway truly unforgettable! We created beautiful memories that we will cherish for a long time."

"Dreams Onyx exceeded our expectations and was one of the best resort experiences we've had. We stayed in an Adults-Only Preferred Club room with a private pool, and the upgrade was absolutely worth it. The room was beautiful, spotless every day, and our mini fridge was restocked daily. The Preferred Club food was excellent and one of our favorite parts of the resort. What truly made our trip special was the incredible staff. Everyone was friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond. A special thank you to our butler, Henry, who arranged a private dinner in the wine cellar and reserved a private cabana for us by the pool. He made us feel like VIPs throughout our stay. Sterling, our pool server, was also amazing and provided 10/10 service every day, always making sure we had everything we needed. The entertainment at Dreams Onyx was great, and having access to Breathless next door was a huge bonus. Whenever we wanted a livelier atmosphere, we headed over there. Breathless truly has one of the best entertainment and nightlife programs we've experienced at any resort. The only downside was the amount of sargassum on the beach, but that's expected during certain times of the year and is outside of the resort's control. Overall, this resort earned every one of its 5 stars. Between the beautiful property, excellent food, outstanding service, and amazing staff, we're already planning to come back next year! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐"

"Staff was good, food was amazing clean kids friendly! There is two things that I don’t like. First, everyone is smoking in the pool. Second, due the seaweed season we couldn’t swim. They should mention it while booking."

"The property was beautiful, clean, and well maintained. I really enjoyed the comfortable room and the overall atmosphere of the resort. The grounds were gorgeous and clearly cared for, making it enjoyable to walk around and explore. The staff throughout the property were friendly and welcoming, and there was always something to see or do. I especially enjoyed the entertainment and shows, which added a fun and lively atmosphere to the stay. Overall, the property provided a relaxing and enjoyable vacation experience, and there were many things that made our time there memorable."
