「Great hotel, bit of walk from downtown, but made up for with clean hotel, helpful staff and beautiful rooms.」

「Amazing location, View is incredible. Place is really nice.」

「The breakfast was presented very elegant and the fruits were very fresh and delicious. The room layout is very unique.」

「The room was super clean with a smart tv. Bathroom was spacious and bright. Bed sheet and pillows were clean. 」

「Everything about this location was fantastic!! The room was spacious and beautiful. The staff was friendly and helpful. The location was perfect!」

「Air conditioning worked great. My dads shower only cold water the whole time. My shower was backing up grim coming up. Cleaning staff never refilled our water teas or coffee whole time we were there pretty much staying a week, did not do good job of cleaning, and would kick you out of your room to clean on their timeline. Left higher tips to see if that got better service on cleaning and it did not. The check in process was too clunky for my senior citizen dad to do so I had to do everything....

Thanks very much. 」

「Metro is 10 minutes nearby. It is a guesthouse so the room is spacious with a little private kitchenette. A big garden for fresh air. Host is helpful and friendly. Luggage storage available.」

「This was a hidden gem. Our 3-night stay at the Utopian in Porto was wonderful. The property is affordable, chic, and gives one a truly bespoke experience. Though there is no front desk staff, they are very communicative via e-mail and were available to answer questions. The room was quite spacious and clean and the 5-star bed was perfect after a long days worth of walking and clocking in 20k steps each day. I really loved the big windows as it let in sunshine and natural light and fresh...

「1. Location is close to city center and no noise in the neighborhood. 2. Kitchen is well-equipped. 3. Room is very clean. pretty much the same with the photo we saw on Hotel.com 」

O suporte funciona bem!!!
