We went here for our honeymoon. We picked the location because of the river views and the onsite spa. When we checked in, the receptionist also promoted the spa services. On our last night at the hotel, we tried to reserve a massage, and we were told the spa staff member was on vacation for the next 10 days. I don't understand why this was promoted as a service if it was unavailable. We asked the staff member if they had any other recommendations, and they responded that any of the spas in the area were good, which was not helpful. They also advertised a bar discount in the elevator, but the bar staff was confused about it, and the front desk said they didn't have that promotion, so I'm not sure why they kept it displayed in the elevator. Most of the hotel was clean, but when we walked through the atrium to the spa/meeting room side, there were hoards of flies all around the entrance, which was unappealing. We loved Porto and plan to return, but we will stay at another hotel.
