The hotel and staff were lovely, the only things that bothered us were some handprints on the wall and door entering the room and there was a little bit of noise coming from the street

The hotel claims the rooms are soundproof. They are not, I could hear everything outside, I thought a window was open. After checking all Windows were closed hence 4 stars instead of 5

There was no sightguard for the toilet, shower and bathroom area, further more the whole room had mirrors, so you could not do anything without being seen naked, showering or being on the toilet. The rooms were cold (yes, cold in summer in Porto), loud and just not suited for two people, but advertised as such.

quartos novos, alguns contra tempos

O hotel é novo, excelente, localizado a 25 min a pé do centro histórico de Porto, 10, 15 de uber fácil e barato. Recebemos up grade de quarto, o 801, mas o cheiro do banheiro estava forte, o rapaz da recepção insistiu que sairia com um spray que a camareira passaria. realmente resolveu, mas o cheiro voltou pela manhã. tendo que novamente ser passado o spray. O quarto 801 é bem grande e moderno, mas o banheiro é totalmente transparente, inclusive o vaso sanitário fica separado do quarto somente por um vidro fume , mas que é transparente. então ao usar o vaso ou o chuveiro a pessoa fica totalmente exposta e isso não achei legal. Não há neste quarto maior gavetas para guardar as roupas, somente um pequeno cabideiro. e não há nenhum gancho para pendurar toalhas, etc. então precisa de melhorias para ser cotado a 10, como, acredito, devam ser os demais quartos. O ar condicionado parou de funcionar na nossa segunda e última noite.
