「房間美麗舒適，整個飯店看起來很新又華麗，員工親切。唯一缺點就是自助早餐選擇少，種類幾乎和我們前一晚住的Disney hotel Cheyenne一樣，而且座位安排不佳，我們被安排在空間很小的雙人座，左右兩邊的客人的桌子非常靠近，甚至讓我們不方便起身離開座位，當時整個餐廳有一半都是空位，實在不應該把我們擠在那種位置」

「Famille de 2 adultes et 2 enfants en bas âge, nous sommes ravis de la nuit passée dans cet hôtel. Tout d’abord l’accueil était chaleureux, merci à la jeune fille de l’accueil. 「1. 剛住入房間和我們在網絡上訂的不一樣，很小，床很髒有頭髮及小灰塵。告訴櫃台，派來清潔工，只是把頭髮拿走用手拍拍而已。跟櫃檯要求換房間，因為和訂網上房間差很多，原本不肯，後來確認他們給錯房間了，換房間了，可是櫃檯的態度卻不太好。晚上回房間，發現垃圾沒丟，地毯沒吸很髒，只清潔浴室及床。 2.復活節問櫃檯附近的大賣場有開嗎，回沒有，走到大賣場看，有開。要回機場時，問櫃檯如何到機場，竟然回覆，不知道！！！！！客房清潔很爛，櫃檯人員很差，而且覺得有種族歧視，對亞洲旅客不太友善，不推薦！」

「We stayed here just so we could visit Disneyland. It was very close and convenient. We took an Uber, but we did notice people walking to the bus stop which was nearby. My kids loved the bunkbeds in the bedroom. The staff are friendly and accommodating.」

「Actually this is not a hotel, just providing a bed room only. The air conditioning is not cool enough, maybe that’s only a Fan. The room only provides very basic equipment such as towels, hair dryer, and bed ONLY. Also even I set the room do not disturb, the staff still get into the room without noticing me.」
