We are repeat customers at Hotel Malte. They have the coldest AC in town, very important to me as a July visitor. Also the staff is outstanding, personable and helpful. We also enjoyed the breakfasts and the 2 pm to 2 am snack bar. It’s a beautiful property, too. I love the decor!

All of the staff, from the front reception to dining area to housekeeping was kind, helpful and courteous. Hotel room was recently remodeled, clean, comfortable, quiet and had a great view. The hotel was very charming. We were able to walk to several museums and restaurants. Staff was nice and very helpful. Breakfast was good and afternoon snacks really came in handy. My wife’s first trip to Europe and she wasn’t particularly pleased with the no air conditioning aspect but the hotel was nice enough to fix us up with a nice oscillating fan which solved the problem. Overall very pleasant experience.
