"We had a very pleasant stay at Residence du Parc - Val D'Europe. Our visit was for the Disney parks, which are very close by. We would recommend a printed instruction on how to use public transportation to get to and from the parks."

"The hotel was absolutely beautiful and very modern. The bed was comfy but the two singles do slide apart very easily which then creates a gap in the middle of the bed. The free transfer bus to Disney was very useful and punctual and driver was very friendly! We have zero complaints about our stay except the hotel held a 1st birthday event while we were there so we had no access to the facilities that night, when we went outside to collect our Uber Eats we found the guests attending the event were extremely rude and gave us very judgemental looks as we were not ‘dressed up’ and would not let us past. Everything else was perfect and the pool was a really nice treat! We would definitely stay again!"

"Have stayed at this hotel multiple times. It’s a great position for visiting Disney or days in Paris city centre. Easy access to the train. Shuttle bus to the Disney parks. Close to supermarkets and a huge shopping centre which includes a designer outlet mall too. Rooms are spacious and well laid out. The spa is a great add on too. "

We had 2 adjoining family rooms which were lovely with double bed and bunk beds (but nit your standard bunk beds as they are not attached to each other. "This was a great stay.. It's was a 4 minute walk to the Mall, Starbucks, and train station.. It's a very new and clean community.. The staff was very courteous and knowledgeable about the facility and surrounding areas; they even spoke English.. The facility also had a laundry service for 8 euros.. "

"Upon arrival, the hotel staff were very friendly and fluent in English. There was a tourist tax to pay when checking in which I don’t think was advertised when we booked, but was to be expected as we have paid this when travelling abroad elsewhere. The room was a lovely size and we were lucky to have a balcony which sadly we couldn’t use due to the weather but it was a nice thing to have. We were given a bag for the kitchenette which had a couple of dishwasher tablets and a sachet of washing up liquid. The kitchenette, bathroom, and bedroom area were all exceptionally clean. There was some small wear and tear in the room such as scuffs on the paint and some of the wood coming off skirting boards, but overall we were very happy with the room. We chose this hotel for its proximity to Disneyland Paris and we were not disappointed, and we know where to stay when we return to Disney in the future! The hotel staff were also very friendly when helping us with directions and using the transport links to get to Paris. The only “complaint” we had was with the shower as the water pressure was very low, and also the room was filled with an eggy/sulfur smell when using the shower. We reported this to the reception staff upon departure and they reassured us they would bring it to the attention of their maintenance team. Plenty of choice for eating out in the area. Several brasseries, bakeries and a convenience store a five minute walk away. Absolutely perfect for what we needed"
