The hotel was lovely, very modern, really friendly staff and would be great if you’re visiting, 5 mins drive to get to the park, the only let down for me was the WIF, really slow and poor signal, I had work to do the night we were there and really struggled, I’d expect such a modern hotel to have their WIFI access to be top, what made it worse was the mobile signal was shockingly bad too, otherwise great hotel.

Loved our stay here! We stayed one night before our Disney hotel and it was so clean and spacious. We particularly liked the seperate room with the bunk beds. Room was huge. Parking on site cost us extra but felt very safe and had a direct lift up to the rooms. We did have an issue with our free breakfast, but once I’d shown our reservation receipt it was honoured. We did however struggle to find a table at breakfast, the room was small but the food was nice. Wasn’t topped up as quick as it could have been though - maybe busy during Halloween? We would consider returning but possibly skip the breakfast next time.

Lovely Stay

This was a great stay. The room was spacious, clean and very comfortable for a family of four. It was at a good location just outside of Paris but close to both Disneyland as well as La Vallee Outlet Centre. I also want to give a shout-out to Bertrand at the front-office who has taken the best care possible of a lost plush toy and having it mailed to our end destination. That really saved out journey, so thank you so much for going that extra mile and saving our Europe-trip

Very satisfied

The hotel is 10 min drive from Disneyland Paris. Everything is new and very clean. They clean the rooms and bathrooms every day. They have everything you need, from towels, soap, hairdryer, TV, and the room temperature can be changed as you prefer. They have a restaurant and a bar, where you can order to eat or drink up to 10pm. Breakfast very rich, for everyone's taste. We were very happy with everything, and we strongly recommend their service. Thank you very much for everything!

Hotel was lovely, clean and modern but the temperature of the rooms let it down. Despite advertising AC, our room had none, instead it had the heat on (and it was 35degrees outside). We spoke to reception many times about this and were repeatedly told that this would be resolved and we’d have access to the AC but in the meantime they’d access it from their side and cool the room down. None of this happened. The coolest our room got overnight was 25degrees and left us unable to sleep and feeling very ill. We felt constantly brushed off whenever we asked about it and the customer service left a lot to be desired.

I highly recommend this place! It’s in a perfect location, very close to Disneyland and also close to everything you might need. The hotel is always very clean, and the staff regularly clean the rooms and common areas. Everyone who works there is very kind and helpful. We never had any problems during our stay, and whenever we needed something, they were always there to help us. Overall, it was a great experience and I would definitely stay here again.

Stayed here for one night after a long day at Disneyland Paris. Great location (just under 10 mins away) - parking is 10 euros for the night, which was fine, it was secure underground. Check in was prompt, room was lovely. Bed comfortable and very large! Two pillows each, nice big tv, excellent shower, clearly a new or very recent build, very clean, fresh and tidy. Will definitely return.

We stayed here just so we could visit Disneyland. It was very close and convenient. We took an Uber, but we did notice people walking to the bus stop which was nearby. My kids loved the bunkbeds in the bedroom. The staff are friendly and accommodating.
