「I paid for the hotel through Hotel.com and lived in this hotel in April. The staff told me they didn't have the payment record and I needed to pay again when I checked out. Finally I found them I was charged twice and contacted them for follow up. They admitted it was a mistake and agreed to refund. However, I still cannot get the refund now and they don't reply to my emails anymore!
The last email they admitted the mistake.

「Staying just north of Paris is so economical and I prefer staying in a multicultural neighbourhood. There are small shops and restaurants/ bakeries in the neighborhood and more restaurants near the basilica where the metro is located as well. 」
「 Typische Pariser Zimmergrößen dafür top gepflegt, sogar geräumiges Bad und schmackhaftes wie vielfältiges Frühstück im Untergeschoß bei ansprechendem Design und Größe des Raumes.」
"A superb hotel with great location, friendly staff and good breakfast (with a machine for freshly squeezed orange juice!)
The huge shopping mall and outlet
right across the street is a big plus. Convenient to go to Disneyland with the free shuttle bus. "

The location is great, very close to the CDG shuttle, and there's a Monoprix right outside the entrance where you can buy food (but be aware it might close after 9 PM). Next door is the airport bus stop, with many buses going directly to the nearby Aeroville mall (which has a great supermarket). The room was a standard IBIS hotel, perfectly adequate. The highlight was the many wonderful lounge areas downstairs near the lobby, and the cafe next door even had a free microwave, perfect for reheating refrigerated lunch boxes bought at the airport. Oh, and there's also the Iwall virtual interactive game on the first floor, which was fun to watch many children playing. These are two key points that give IBIS a perfect score. Also, I'd like to add a point that other travelers might be interested in: luggage storage costs 12 euros per day. I didn't leave my luggage there.
One drawback is that the hairdryer in the bathroom is difficult to use. Although the air is hot enough, the handle becomes extremely hot and cannot be used.
