Was disappointed in our stay at the Dream Castle Hotel, as it was the top choice of our trip. The only highlight we had was the outdoor pool. Breakfast in the morning was chaotic and not much of a selection for kids to eat. Our room got missed cleaning a few times and when they did come it was after 6pm and we were in it. Coffee machine didn’t work at the bar in the main lobby and next to no options for food either by the pool. Was quite disappointed, as we picked this place around the kids and relaxing.

The staff's service was excellent overall, but there was one person at the front desk whose explanation was a bit careless—even though I just asked about the location of the elevator. The hotel advertises high-speed internet, but in some rooms, the WiFi signal was weak and difficult to connect to. The pool facilities and bar stayed open late into the night, making it a very comfortable place to stay. I would like to visit again.

The pool areas are very nice. Unfortunately, the breakfast isn't very tasty – just like the food in the restaurant, which is also too expensive. The room was nice, but the bathroom in particular was not very inviting (mold in the shower area, water running over, toilet flush not working well). Overall, it's a nice hotel, but not worth the price. There are nicer hotels right next door.

A cost effective option to see Disney. The shuttles while crowded at times were frequent and convenient. The food options were solid (again you are here to go to Disney). Having a pool was a great break. The gym is basic but allows you to get work out in. Property is somewhat dated but the main areas and rooms were well appointed and comfortable. Solid option for the value.

We booked through Expedia, I had emailed and confirmed that upon arrival I could pay cash for the stay, 2 days before our departure to the hotel I got an email stating it was cancelled because my debit card had expired. I called Expedia who said it had not but then called the hotel and they confirmed it had been cancelled, I immediately booked again using Expedia at an increased cost. When I goto the desk I explained to the gentleman ( who was very helpful and understanding) and showed the emails but he said the management had no records of our first booking. The room was a very good size and the beds were good although alittle run down and the bathroom had damage. The breakfast was ok they had the most crispy bacon ever seen, the sausages were different and lots of cold meats and cereal along with coffee machines. While there we had talked to other guests who had been charged extra for tax, the car park is 17.50 per day extra

Dream castle is good close to disneyland and has transportation to and from the hotel to disney. Clean and we were accommodated to have our rooms available earlier since our flight was in the morning. Staff is nice and very helpful

Wonderful overnight stay before moving to disney property. Gorgeous hotel, large and clean room with comfy bed and fantastic pool view! The swimming pools were great, although very cold! Shuttle service tsking uou to Val d'Europe shopping centre. Excellent location for getting to disney. Would stay again.

My family had a wonderful stay at Dream Castle Hotel. We found the beds to be very comfortable and the room was pretty spacious. I wish the rooms had dresser drawers to put our belongings in but since they do not we just kept everything in our suitcases. We loved both the indoor and outdoor pools. The outdoor pool was big and beautiful, right beside it were sprinklers to play in as well as a small bar where you can get small bites and drinks. My son also really enjoying the indoor playground and made some friends playing there. The shuttle to Disneyland was a great perk to staying at this hotel. The shuttles came about every 15 minutes and was shared with 3 other neighboring hotels. At night it gets very busy on the shuttles between 9 and 11 when most people are leaving the parks. One night we did order a uber because there were way too many people there waiting at the stop. Besides that we found it to be very reliable. Overall we really enjoyed our stay, I recommend this hotel for families wanting to visit Disneyland.

This property was really beautiful with an amazing outsoor pool. The decor was whimsical for the kids and they loved the bunk beds! A really great place to stay to visit the Disneyland Paris park.

This is the only hotel I stayed where there’s no free water nor doesn’t have ice maker. However,the lobby is nice and clean. The receptionist were very friendly.

The hotel is not 4 star(dirty and old). The stuff are not really friendly. The only + is the location. The restaurant is not worth the money. Food is not that good wich is the price

The hotel is large, beautifully scented, and has a welcoming atmosphere. However, the service falls short of expectations. For a hotel of this size, there should ideally be three to four dining options. Around 2 p.m., we were unable to find anything to eat on-site and had to resort to ordering food through Uber Eats.
