「I landed on Monday and the one small bar / restaurant they have was closed. We had to walk about 10 mins and get grocery’s. Then the ac button wasn’t working. There’s no staff on site all evening. The pool area is small than the pics and this hotel is NOT beach front at all. We ended up leaving to stay at the Morgan for 2 days because we did not enjoy our stay. The second day before we left to the Morgan spa hotel we went to pool area, there’s was no music the bartender/ server was sitting down...

「The people were friendly and nice, the grounds well kept and clean. The rooms were large, clean and comfortable. Stayed twice in six weeks for work and enjoyed both stays.」

「Expedia showed gorgeous water views- the room was NOT as described or pictured! In the back with just a very partial view mostly from the bathroom. Amenities were sparse and basic- no paper towels,no blanket, no dryer, etc. Will be contacting Expedia when I return home-did not have option to understand this when booked- 」

「This hotel is in an excellent location and our room was large and comfortable. The supermarket on the ground floor had everything you could want but the coffee shop wasn't well stocked. Parking was easy and the security guards were helpful. That said, we were there for 6 days and our room was never cleaned, despite asking twice to have it cleaned. What was once nice furniture is not being kept up, two of our lights were not plugged in and had nowhere to be plugged in. There was no explanation...

「This was my 4th stay at Carl's Unique Inn. The property is a convenient place to overnight when traveling. The property is generally clean. The staff is friendly and accommodating. My main challenge has been the stairs which you have to climb up and down with your bags upon arrival and when leaving. The rooms are on the second floor. There is no elevator. It would be nice to have someone who can help guests with bags upon arrival and when departing. Otherwise, you can certainly consider this...

「Room was clean, didn't realize all the rooms are suites, perfect view of the bay every morning. Food at all four restaurants excellent. Staff was amazing especially each time I needed a cab.」

「No toilet paper, other than what’s on the roll… No water bottles in room …. No tissues or paper towels …. Other than a place to put your head down at night …. I wouldn’t recommend it ….」

「Everything was perfect. The staff was great and decorated the room from my birthday. They helped coordinate transportation around the island and gave suggestions on activities. Would absolutely stay again. 」
