「The property was very nice and most staff were very pleasant as well. The location is perfect for getting to restaurants, supermarket, night life locations, etc. (about 5-10 min drive). Both pools were clean and one has a path to beach. Location does have an on site restaurant/bar by one pool (breakfast and lunch during week days, On weekends they serve breakfast, lunch and dinner which I did not try during my stay). Overall 8.5/10.」

The hotel is conveniently located near shops, restaurants, the beach, and many other attractions, making it easy to enjoy everything the area has to offer. 「The room was clean and we were able to check in a bit early. The location was perfect and close to shopping and dining. The only issue was the no sidewalk to get there. Just be extra careful because you are sharing the road with vehicles. Everyone was accommodating and helpful which was well received. There is only 1 elevator for 5 floors so keep that in mind. I would come back here and stay. We loved SALT and dined here for lunch and breakfast.」

「This place did not disappoint! We stayed in the jr renovated suite and it was quick walkway to the beach. The beach was gorgeous and next to a few beach clubs. The restaurant had amazing food and great happy hour options. Pool, towels and bikes to used and now far from the main road to get any items. Think the offer airport shuttle but we didn’t use it. 「The entire villa was clean and well equipped. Toaster, coffee maker, blender, microwave, stove, dishwasher, refrigerator. Kitchen utensils. Comfortable king size bed and full size sofa bed. Stayed in villa 709. Beautiful lanai facing the Simpson Bay Lagoon. What a view!!!!! The hotel is located on the Kim Sha beach. Gorgeous calm beach. Safe on the room. 2 flat TV’s. Only one elevator, but it didn’t bother us. Maybe because May is low season in St Martin. Lot of restaurants, within walking...
