「All of the staff we interacted with were so friendly & helpful. Everything was nice & clean. The hot shower was super nice. Kids enjoyed the pool area & the waffles for breakfast. It was quiet at night. Close to lots of restaurants and stores. About 25 mins from the Chattanooga aquarium. We will definitely stay again when in the area.」

「Cute remodeled hotel, but does not have standard amenities I am used to. You have to specifically ask / indicate you want your room cleaned, the tv was difficult to navigate and lacked various apps you would typically have available, I wasn’t able to readily locate the WiFi password, and there was a man’s hair in the bathtub before we used it. Overall the place is cute and clean but a huge sticking point for me is there no pet policy and their “continental” breakfast which consisted of...

「Too noisy ..plus woke up and our room was rite next to stairwell...and this guy was passed out underneath the stairs totally scared my daughter on our way to breakfast...which was also nonexistent...and our ac unit was so loud you coukd not hear the tv!!! Over all 👎」

「Really quiet place good area lots of restaurants malls near by. Best a/c i seen in hotels cold and blows lots of air same with the shower good pressure nice its hard to find this in hotels we stay 2 nights .」

「I paid full amount on Expedia and because it didn’t match his rate we needed having to pay more with cash. Gave a $100 deposit only got $68 back. He doesn’t go by what Expedia says. I would NOT recommend. No pool. Have to wait till a certain time to get clean towels and wash rags.」

「This was by far the worst hotel experience I have ever had, and I would strongly advise anyone to avoid this property. I booked accommodation for 6 people through Expedia, but upon arrival the hotel manager refused to honor the booking as confirmed. Instead, we were told we had to book and pay for an additional room if we wanted to accommodate everyone. After a long and exhausting journey, we had no realistic choice but to pay for another room because finding another hotel late at night was not...
