「Great property, most of the staff were super kind and helpful and the breakfasts were amazing! The only thing that bothered me were the guests at 7am in the pool screaming and wilding out and then again until 10:30pm when we were told that noisy times were between 9am -9pm. My husband is Mexican, I speak Spanish very well and the ladies at breakfast weren’t nice to me and making remarks thinking I didn’t understand the first morning so I sent my husband for the next days. 「Esta muy bonito el hotel」

「The room was large and very comfortable. The staff are incredibly helpful and kind. The food at the restaurant was very good although they were closed a couple of the days/times we wanted to eat. In a safe area and walking distance to everything you could need. I would definitely stay again. 」

「Simply Wow! A magical location surrounded by lush gardens with beautiful lake views, a dock with many hammocks and stairs to access the water. Highly recommend this place and I look forward going back. 」

「Love the smaller surrounding. Easy to walk to everything. Rooms a nice size and added plus with full kitchen. Pool could use more chairs. Would be nice to get English on the tv. We enjoyed our time! 」

「El lugar es espectacular. Fuimos dos noches y realmente superó nuestras expectativas . El hotel es nuevo. La habitación estuvo muy bien. Pero lo mejor de todo es el emplazamiento sobre la laguna . Lo disfrutamos muchísimo. El restaurante, su chef Antonio y los chicos de servicio muy atentos y con calidez humana destacable. Gracias ❤️」
