"The outside pool bar was overpriced and was pure water own. The room wasn’t refilled with toilet paper no shampoo dispenser after a cleaning. Staff was friendly didn’t explain stuff well. Upon checking in wasn’t told to go to the welcome center for the car pass or wrist bands for the site. Day later after checking in I got the parking pass and the other stuff we should have got checking in. "

"The room itself was fine. But the bathroom with the toilet and shower was awful! Peeling paint and loose moulding which indicated prior water damage. The frame & track for the shower door was mending with what looked like packing tape. The bathroom smelled strongly of bleach and it looked like there was mold growing behind the door. We left the door closed with the fan running all night to reduce the exposure!"

"Property was fine and conviently located for our purposes. Room was a little run-down, noisy a/c unit was poorly maintained. There was a kids basketball team running up and down the hall and banging on doors at about 1:30-2:00 o'clock in the morning. "

"The room we originally had reserved was on the 2nd floor but the elevator was offline. It advertised a continental breakfast and all they had were hand foods. I ended up with a double single room in which the shower flooded half the room everytime we used it."
