「Groceries nearby and awesome restaurants. Fun nights playing pool and throwing darts. 」

「We liked the location. We were given the wrong password for wifi, there was 1 1/2 bathrooms not 2 like advertised, floor tiles were loose in upstairs hallway, soap dispenser was falling off wall, we ran out of toilet paper and dish soap, missing one remote for tv, dishes were dirty in the cabinet. We contacted the service manager for remote, toilet paper and soap but got ni response. He did give us the correct wifi. 」

「The place is nice and pleasant, BUT they make you choose between a damage waiver at $29.90 or a deposit with a mandatory tranasactoon fee. This is just irritating. 」

「This is a very beautiful house, very well kept. Very nice for a get-a-way.They have thought of everything to keep your visit the best experience possible. I told them it was my birthday weekend and they even had a small cake and card waiting for me when I got there.」

「Our stay at the "Resort Vacation Rental at Pointe Tapatio Cliffs" was one of the best rental resort that I had rented. Five stars is not enough for the service and the quality of our stay. The property was mine blowing with the decoration and the warmth of being there. We love this resort and would be going back to it again if we were to go back to Phoenix.
