"A hidden gem off beltway8, 10 min either way to I-45 or 288. 4th floor room, wifi was strong, good size fridge, microwave and induction stove. Air conditioning was excellent, actually had to turn it off a few times (in Houston heat) Room service every day; bed made towels replaced without request. Laundromat available 24hrs (coin operated, can purchase detergent pods from front desk) Facilities kept clean; escalators, the lobby, the parking lot/grounds. Free coffee, minimal breakfast but small snack area. Highly recommended 👌 👍 "

"The property is outdated, furniture in room old and worn, got an ADA room when it was not requested, carpet was old and felt dirty, the breakfast was the only pleasant thing. When we complained to front desk they offered free breakfast which was already included in the ridiculous room cost. The hotel also has a very strong perfume scent that is borderline unbearable. The brand has seriously neglected this property. They also have a 20$ a day self parking charge and then charged 32$ to enable in and out . Overall disappointing. "

"The location is phenomenal and convenient. Some staff were as helpful as they are trained to be. Housekeeping was very friendly and helpful. Checking in the front desk attendant looked irritated we had our pet. She put us on thee ninth floor(our view of downtown Houston was nice) next door to the elevator then proceeded to ask, you're not leaving her alone right? Maybe I was wrong to assume that a family friendly hotel is exactly that. There are no microwaves (1st floor one is available) and or refrigerators in the rooms. We were not informed our room phone did not work. She had a lot of information to tell me but that. Half of our channels didn't work. Keurig was dusty. Glad my instinct lead me clean before truly settling down.There were a lot of little inconveniences that made it a bit more annoying as a family traveling. I did enjoy thee art on the walls. My personal experience and opinion I would not recommend it for families. I would not stay again. "
