"My first time staying here and I loved it. The suite was clean, and I'm super ocd lol. I totally recommend this place. I definitely will be staying here again."

"I stay in this area frequently due to family at Cal Poly SLO, but this was one of the most uncomfortable hotel experiences I’ve had. The hotel is very close to the freeway, and the noise at night is constant and very loud—resulting in a poor night’s sleep. Check-in was also misleading; the listing says available until 11pm, but staff are only on-site until 7pm. I was not informed of this in advance over the phone or in person, and had to check in at another hotel instead. When I asked about checking in an hour earlier due to my schedule, I was told there would be an additional charge. The heater in the room also did not work properly, and there was no extra blanket available. Overall, I would not stay here again."

"The gal at the front desk was amazing! Parking was great. I loved that it was secure and parked in a parking garage which kept my car out of the sun and safe. I had a pretty good view from the room I was in. The room was somewhat clean overall. But, attention to details would be great. The kitchen counter was not clean, there were some questionable stains on the bed sheets, it would probably be best to replace the decorative pillows they were kind of nasty, the curtains should be replaced as well and the bed pillows should be replace most of them were flat as a board. The bed itself was quite comfortable. Overall I would actually stay here again but I'd try a different room. Oh and this probably wouldn't matter to most people but room decor needs to be upgraded especially for the price guests pay to stay there."
