"There were very few patrons in the hotel and yet we were given a room with a broken key code panel, missing bathtub drain plug, a person or persons directly above us (noise). Amenities.....none, no luggage holder not even a coffee pot in the room. "

"Bathtub was dirty. Lights in bathroom sink area two of three didn't work. Door to room had air gap around it. Molding on wall decaying. Beds were not comfortable. Like sleeping on a rock."

"Pull up sofa bed had blood stains on it which was unbelievable. Hot tub was extremely filthy, breakfast bar was not ready to go by 6:00 am as promised. But the front staff was extremely grateful and genuine"

"The staff were all very kind! The hotel is in dire need of repairs and updating. Unfortunately, we didn't know until we went down that the pool was closed for the foreseeable future. This was very disappointing as this was our main reason for staying there. Otherwise it was a good stay"
