「The Oaks Waterfront was exactly the kind of getaway we were looking for. Tucked away in a quiet, secluded setting, it feels like you’re escaping from everything, yet St. Michaels is only a short ride away thanks to their beautiful shuttle. 「Hot tub did not work. We could fill it up, but the jets did not work. No alternative option was offered. Staff knew apparently about it. Coffee maker did not work either, although the staff knew about it. A new coffee maker was brought over. Bathroom door knob doesn’t seem to work correctly. We had difficulty opening the door. Even got stuck in the bathroom for a little while. Shower head seems to be leaking in 3 different places, affecting the flow of water coming out of it.」
