「I stayed here over MDW with my girlfriend and dog and had an amazing experience. The staff was super attentive and helpful. Our room was spacious, clean, and this hotel is located on a great part of the boardwalk. This hotel is PERFECT for traveling with a dog. 「The first room had a floor that is slanted and caves in. The gym is nothing like the photos. The room looks nothing like the photos either. The air conditioner does not work and the room is HOT. This is a total disappointment and I want my money back. Pool was definitely not temperature controlled. The 2nd room was decent. Had to get my room changed because of how bad it was.
