"I have stayed at Hotel Nikko Narita a number of times in the last year and the level of service that has been provided has always been exceptional. The rooms are clean and roomy and are perfect for a one night stay. The bus that runs between the airport and the hotel is a huge benefit and runs like clockwork. The Front Desk Manager, Mr Perez always goes out of his way to assist me. On this recent stay I have to mention Mr Suval who went above and beyond to assist me with an excessive amount of luggage. His help saved me a lot of time and excess baggage fees so I am extremely grateful to him. Thank you to the entire team for yet another wonderful stay. I will of course be returning on my next layover. "

"I like the complimentary airport shuttle, although, it is not by the hour, it is good. The complimentary buffet breakfast is nice. I was pleased that they have coin operated washer and dryer."
