"This was an extremely affordable place to suit our last-minute decision to stay in Koshigoe. The room was great, everything was pretty basic but for the price we paid it was more than enough. The owners were wonderful despite our very limited Japanese and even gifted us some postcards on departure! "Foreigner friendly. The reception staff are lovely and very helpful. There are some local restaurants/coffee shops etc. close by (walking distance). It is close to the airport. Great place to stay. If you have children that are not co-sleeping there are no rollaway beds nor pull out couches. You will need to ask for adjoining rooms to accommodate families with kids that can't be in their own rooms. We managed to make it work on our side of things. Breakfast at the hotel was good and had both western & eastern dishes available, coffee was yummy."

"Staff was very accommodating. Rooms were large and clean. Paying extra a day for the breakfast was worth it. The free toiletry amenities in the lobby were a nice touch. Something that stood out was the lobby was comfortable and well kept and always smelled really nice right when you walked into the lobby. We are from the US and as awkward and uncomfortable it may sound the bathing house (onsen)actually ended up being a nice surprise. No bathing suits can be worn, but it was a really nice large hot tub area that was separated by men and women. convenient it was right next to a train station. Definitely would recommend and would stay again."

"I stayed in a double room and a single room .For the price it is okay-storage for luggage is under the bed.I find the bathroom very small as a 5’8 when sitting my knees nearly touch the door.Overall I found the single room to be slightly more spacier overall.Would stay here again because of the easy check in and out process.Especially the express check out which was very convenient for catching 5am trains to Narita airport.No complications."
