"SCAM! DO NOT BOOK! Hotels.com is refusing to give me a refund saying they can't contact the property. I never received check in instructions, tried to call the number on file and it went straight to voicemail. I showed up to the property and gave the leasing office the number I had to see if it was associated with a tenant. It was and they said they haven't lived there since last year. Never got to stay there, had to find a last minute hotel"

"Property seemed picked up, upstairs bedrooms floors were not very clean. Kitchen was not cleaned at all (trash an was filthy, stove top had old grease splatters, back patio had trash and cans. Some of the Towels provided were unfortunately not cleaned well and no trash bags, paper towels, extra toilet paper. It served the purpose of having a bed but I would not recommend this house to anyone and would not rebook in the future- just felt like we were staying in another family’s dirt...
