"The room was spacious, clean and roomy. Beds were great! Staff was very friendly and helpful. The main seating for the restaurant was closed for renovations so they had a makeshift, awkward setup to order dinner and drinks from. There were lots of options for breakfast however the food at the buffet was lukewarm at best. We would stay here again but preferably after renovations are completed."

"Really appreciated having gluten free options at breakfast. It’s always hard traveling with allergies so I found that unexpected. I also appreciated that Udi’s gluten free bagel. So awesome "

"The room could have been cleaner. Edges of room carpeting were not vacuumed properly. Debris where tables and nightstands were not moved away to vacuum properly."

"I was disappointed with my stay at the Cliff House. There was construction happening all around the front of the hotel and throughout the inside as well, and I was never made aware of it when booking. When paying a higher rate for a stay, guests should at least have the option to know about major construction beforehand. It really affected the overall experience. On top of that, the staff was not the friendliest or most welcoming. Overall, not the experience I expected."
