There were some small roaches in the room, and the plug outlets were in odd places. There was a lot of noise sometimes, but it was mostly quiet at night. Staff was helpful. I liked having local food for breakfast.

Airport shuttle was not given proper instructions to get it so we ended up having to take a taxi from airport that over charged us. Should be better information as to how to get a shuttle. I was told when I got in touch with them I needed to inform them 3 days prior to get the shuttle from the airport.

The hotel is simple but has everything u need we first stayed in a 1 bedroom the bridal suite they call it and that room had a lot of space a bathtub/ shower very clean. Then we moved to a family room and it was still a decent amount of space they Also have a pool, restaurant, staff is very accommodating it does come with breakfast for an extra charge. We stayed her 2x and we love the location 10 minutes from mall of Asia close by the airport as well there is a little mall close by as well. Overall it’s a great hotel/ location and we would stay here again.

I did t like that they were nit so accomodating with their guests needs. Every move or things u ask for comes wiith a fee. You cant even use their microwave without going to bunch of excuses from them and theres roaches and dripping watermarks and molds in the bathroom, the surroundings are creepy.
