Ok stay

The stay is ok. The rooms are modern and comfortable but the cleaning staff and the tidel situation is present. They took our dirty towels in the room Cleaning but dident provide new until we called and asked for it. The internett speed leaves alot left to be desired but with a little luck you get a room where you can get 5g on your phone. The hotel provider good value for your money

Towels?

The hotel was very clean and inna perfect location. We booked here because of the innfor pool only. We were however suprised to find tyet dident have towels. They endure they would deliver them up the pool. 2 hours later nothing we only got the towels that should be in the rooms late at night therefor i am substracting one star

The room have the most comfortable bed and pillows I had compared to other hotels I stayed. Selection of meals in their breakfast buffet was more than sufficient. The quality of care the staff endowed in their meal preparation is very evident. The overall facility is clean and operated by absolute professionals. I will certainly return and stay there.

Buffet breakfast was okay, not much choices but hearty enough to fill one up for the day. Hotel was just 2 blocks away from the newly renovated Greenhills mall. Staff were polite. The room was clean, bed was comfortable. TV remote battery died. Phoned front desk for replacement but I had to call again the next morning before it was replaced. No TV overnight, very limited channels btw. Only local channels and CNN. No Netflix and YouTube. The water pressure was really really weak, taking a shower was a challenge.Also, the toilet bowl was filthy inside and gave off bad smell.
