Horrible, not recommended

Took them more than an hour to vetify my reservation. They dont which unit, how to get in, there was no toiletries such toilet paper, trash bag, paper towels nothing. The property communicated thru email after i asked help from customer support

The apartment was not clean, we dicede to go swim and its 300p per person instead of the 150p mentioned here. Also we needed a voucher from the host and the host was impossible to get a hold of. We were lucky another apartment owner was able to help us out. Also no word from the owner when we brought this up for a partial refund.
