The staff was nice and helpfull Room was clean for sure it has seen betther days. It badly need renovation. Our bigges issue were little roaches... we arrive late after a long trip and after we were seattle in bed...then the parade started... They were coniing from the hallway under the door, also from the next door... I decided to stay as there was no other place to go at that time in the night. The following morning I brought my dissatisfaction to the front desk staff. The apologized and said that they fumigate every days... iIf they do that, it tellsme that they have an infestation problem. I will not stay there again.

Disaster

Thank goodness it was for only 1 night. The hotel reception is covered in dust, rooms are probably from the sixties. Air conditioner was so noisy you had to switch it off to sleep. The only good thing was the TV. For the same price the Best Western next door is far better value and was fantastic.

Value for money...Great.

We really enjoyed our 1 night stay. Professional friendly staff, breakfast was above average. Room was clean, good wifi signal & very comfortable bed with clean linings. Location very central to shops, restaurants and nightlife. Value for money...Great.

Hittade kackellackor på rummet vid ett flertal tillfällen. Wifi helt ok. Frukost var med asiatiska mått ok kan man kan inte begära mer när man är asien för det priset. Luktar massage medel i hela hotellet

A streesful week made pleasant.

The hotel was near the Embassy and St. Lukes Medical Center, so that was ideal. Even though the property is aged, it was clean and comfortable, and the staff was fantastic. They were cheerful and kind. Breakfasts were great, waiters were outstanding. When we returned from our days activities, some which included the medical exams and then the embassy interview, staff were attentive and interested in our well being and how our days went. This place really made our stay a nice one.

Old but comfortable hotel

The building is old but very comfortable to stay. Because the room is clean and have plenty of space for put luggeges, closet, and bath room. Also, a duble bed was put a mat just right for my backache.

Perfect Place for Me

The hotel was recommended by friends. Usually I stay at a nearby hotel, but found Rosas Garden to be just fine. It was affordable. Everything worked. The staff attentive and friendly. I don't need more than that. And very centrally located in an area I'm familiar with.

Big room breakfast was good. Near to Rizal park 10 minutes walk. Plenty of restaurants in the area. WIFI very patchy tea and coffee in room but need to ask for hot water.

I will never stay there again

I was able to check in around 12 pm. I appreciated that but I experienced problems with no signal to use my cell phone and also no internet. I ask to move to another room and was denied because I was told they were completely booked. Check out is 11 am, and check in is 2 pm. How can all rooms be occupied at 12 pm ????????? I feel they lied to me and I was not treated fairly.
