I been staying here I think 4 or 5 times already each time I go on vacation to Manila. It's right across Robinson Mall and lots of dining options inside. Also nice to cool off and walk around. At night the front entrance looks so lively with people and is very safe. Nearby is the dolomite beach and also easy access to LRT PEDRO GIL and just a short walk to Rizal Park. They a nice swimming pool on the 9th floor. The gym area is pretty old some equipment broken but it good for a quick workout.

The staff were all very kind, and the room itself was decent. My issue was the cockroach infestation. I personally bought roach-bait traps to reduce their presence.

When I booked my room, I booked a club suite and when I checked in I was hoping for a little bigger room not just a Queen bed. The mattress cover keeps slipping off and they could use a fitted sheet. The staff are all excellent though from the registration all the way to housekeeper and security gate officer. I would definitely stay at this hotel again just need minor details on the property.

The hotel shares with 3 other hotels. So convenient as it's walking distance from the mall. There were cockroaches everywhere. The staff were lovely and tried their best by spraying the room but it was infested with roaches and you can see them walking everywhere. They're living in the nooks within the rooms. The pool was so nice since it's not directly under the sun. Be warned that there's a bar beside the hotel and they're loud during the weekend... ALL night long! Not the hotels fault but something to be aware of. Front of house can do with a little bit more smile but otherwise, very lovely ☺️.

We had a really nice stay at this hotel. The place was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly. What we really liked most was the location — it’s super convenient! It’s just a short walk to the mall, the US Embassy, and even the church we wanted to visit. Everything we needed was within walking distance, which made our trip so much easier. Would definitely stay here again!

I've stayed at the Regency 10 times in 6 years. I have them on messenger. They have a auto reply but they never responded to my messages, I went to they're website again no response. The front desk staff was short and unempathetic didn't seem to care about my business so they've lost it. Normally when I arrive they would have us wait in the cafe with a complimentary glass of tea while they prepare the paperwork as I'm a returning guest and when I get to the room there will be a dessert plate that says welcome back however this time we got nothing. They said I could not avail my VIP discount because I booked through Expedia. The room we had was a view of vaccant lots and construction. You are allowed to smoke on the lanai, so when we got to our room I went out for a smoke the tenant above us dumped they've dirty laundry water over the rail on my head. I was on the 24th floor. That wasn't the hotels fault but the response was disappointing they sent housekeeping to mop up the water which was good but they didn't have security tell them to stop so while she was cleaning they again dumped laundry water almost hitting the housekeeper. It's illegal to throw things off the porch of a high rise according to the staff on previous visits and it should be reported, so no one will be injured in the streets below. The room was clean but really dated. I love the location right across the street from Robinsons at the left they have a horseshoe bar complex with a live band.

OK for the price.

The good: Internet and cable were OK. Hot water and good water pressure. Bed was comfortable. The bad: Some windows cannot be latched shut and blow open during high winds. Toilet tank takes forever to fill up. Water stains in bathroom floor tile. Room needs a makeover. Not that clean.
