Location was good. Within walking distance of main Ermita area but not too close. Traffic in street relatively low for Manila. Bad point is poor foyer area with bad seating for those waiting for/after checking in/out. And the online TV services did not work.

The property is well located, 10 minutes to robinsons place and 15 minutes to manila Bay. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The room is ok it has a TV, decent air conditioning, a table and chairs but no wardrobe so you do have to live out of your suitcase. The location itself was pretty safe. Traffic around the area can get pretty busy during the evening around 5-7pm so if you need to get somewhere plan ahead to give yourself extra time.

Ok, first, staff is very kind, helpful and nice. So my remark has nothing to do with that. It's a budget hotel and room, so we understood its not going to be a 5star. Understanding this, we didnt have regular hot water in the shower and the floor in our bathroom tile was always somewhat wet because drainage in bathroom was not good. Bathroom water pressure for shower was low. On the plus side, the bed was great, the air con was great, and the staff was great. We felt safe in the hotel too because they have a 24 hour front desk too!

A++ I never had so great expirence in hotels

The hotel located in nice quite and very secured place (barangay police - Local police station). The location is near the most popular places and it's take few minutes walk or take cheap jeepy - 2 minutes (local bus) to go to "mabini" street and "robinsons mall" where you can found a large, big and modern mall to shop nearly anything, from cloth and food to gadgets and electronics. few minutes driving from the mall, located "Intramourus" and "Rizal park" that are historical and most popular tourist places in manila. the staff in the hotel are super nice, helpful, very very lisening to any request you have and try to fulfill it the best way and the fast as possible. The room itself (my) is super nice. it's big to handle even 4 people easily, there is 2 big clean beds. 2 air conditioner that make you happy. 2 LCD TV. Few towels, Water and other great stuff to start you vacation perfectly and of course great wifi!. also there is very good modern heated bathroom with anything inside. The room are super clean and quite and the bed are very comfortable. As for me i descided to stay more than week cause it was my best expirence so far in the whole city. Before i was at few hotels and i can proudly say that this one is the best of all of them and also cheap for what its giving. So if you want to stay close to all the best places in metro manila and also have nice quite life you shouldn't miss this great place. Alexey g.

最悪の宿

水圧が非常に良い上にバスルームから小さい虫がそこそこ出て来て不衛生、部屋もカビ臭いのと下水の匂いみたいな臭いで滞在するのが苦痛でした。年間30日ほど色んなホテルに滞在してますが今まで宿泊したなかで1番ダメな宿でした。

So loud vacuum-like noise happened every night and that woke me up several times. I think it’s related to guest’s water use. So it can happen all night. Bed was sponge mattress. No ventilation system hence humid.

iT WAS AMAZING. WE FEEL LIKE WE ARE AT HOME. STAFF ARE VERY COURTEOUS. THE ROOM IS CLEAN. PRICE IS VERY AFFORDABLE. WE WANTED TO STAY HERE IN OUR NEXT TRIP. ONLY THIN IS THAT THEY SHOULD IMPROVE THE LAY-OUT OF THE BATHROOM, BUT OTHER THAN THAT IT WAS PERFECT.!! WILL RECOMMEND THIS PLACE.
