Easy accessibility to transportation,restaurants a

Except for minor glitch at the time we were checking in. We were assigned to the 24th floor the elevator stopped due to power failure thank God the door was open. Had to wait 30 minutes before we got to our room. CJ the hotel rep was very apologetic though. Otherwise it's been a pleasant experience. The staff had been friendly and courteous . CJ made sure our stay is comfortable. Ryan the housekeeper did a good job cleaning our room. Although there were days they did not clean the room

Exchange room service

This is the first time I live here. one-bed room is great experience for the room big enough for one person or two persons, the house-boy is good service, taking to the right room.. BEST of all, the wifi speed is AWESOME quick... and the front desk team such as Lois smile and good service, I WOULD COME AGAIN next busi trip.

GOOD service

This is the first time I live here. one-bed room is great experience for the room big enough for one person or two persons, the house-boy is good service, taking to the right room.. BEST of all, the wifi speed is AWESOME quick... and the front desk team at 18J, such as Lois smiles and is good service. Somewhat pricy but very good

This is not a hotel feeling, more like an apartment renting, which I liked! The room was very big and spacious, clean and neat. Service outstanding whenever needed! Also had a balcony with nice views. Great bathroom, just took 3-4 min for hot water to come. Situated in a very nice area, lots of places to eat nearby. Walking distance (15-20 min) to the malls area. Just a short taxi ride to BCG. They said the pool was closed because of Taal Eruption, but I saw people swimming there :(

Outstanding stay

Wonderful stay on property other then the swimming pools were unavailable. Service was great from check-in to check-out. The in room massage was great, on-time for appointment scheduled. The smoking area is a huge plus, since other hotels do not offer.

Staff was very nice, courteous, and welcoming! Living room/bedroom area (we got a studio) was huge but the bathroom was really small. The toilet lid cover was smaller than the toilet bowl which was uncomfortable for a woman when you have to sit and worry about touching the toilet bowl when seated. The cabinets and drawers were dusty. I had to dust/clean myself. A lot of young Asians living in that building. Location wise, it is walkable to Makati Medical Center (using the skywalk), Ayala Center, Glorietta and Greenbelt.
